I found this recipe for no bake cookies, then messed it up.

2 cups white sugar

1/2 cup milk

4 Tbsp Cocoa powder

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup peanut butter

2 Tbsp vanilla

2 pinches salt

3 1/2 cups oats

Put first 4 ingredients in a saucepan. Put on medium heat until boiling. After 1 minute of full boil, remove from heat and mix in peanut butter. Reapply heat while mixing in vanilla. Bring back nearly to boil. Remove from heat, and stir in all of the oats, stirring quickly but carefully (mixture is hotter than boiling water!). As soon as oats are coated, spoon (or dump and spread) on to waxed paper. Allow to set for an hour. Less if you're impatient. Not at all, if you just want a sugar fix.

When I did this recipe, I forgot to add the butter, so I'm guessing they will end up quite hard. I'm ok with that!

I don't have a picture, so just imagine oatmeal covered in a brown sticky goo.
